This book presents the results of the latest research into the history of Johann Distler Floor Trains by Ernst Plattner and Michael Bowes. The authors have tried to identify all of the variations of penny toy floor trains that the company Johann Distler made and show how these models can be differentiated from those of other manufacturers. The book contains photographs and catalogue illustrations of all of the models found that were made between 1907 and 1938.
