À propos du créateur
The A.K. Kitchen & Nutrition was started in 2016 when founder, Aimee Hockett was attending the graduate program for clinical nutrition at Maryland University of Integrative Health. She knew before starting the program that she wanted to work in the food industry, but didn't feel quite at home in the culinary or food science world. There, she was inspired to explore the marriage between cooking, art, life, and mindful wellness. After 6+ years of studying and working with mindful eating techniques, she has since used her blog www.theakkitchen.com, to develop wellness and mindset resources about finding true balance. The goal in working with these mindfulness resources is to improve overall health while exploring new food experiences, self improvement and creativity.
