À propos du créateur
I worked in finance for a long time. The days were full of numbers and noise. I wore suits. I spoke in codes. I drank bad coffee and talked about synergy and growth. One day, I retired. I say I graduated. It sounds cleaner that way. There had always been something else pulling at me. The sound of wind in grass. Dust rising behind hooves. Light falling low across a plain. So I went to the wild. To take photographs. That is how “Wild Routes” started. A company for people who do not mind going where the roads give out and the days get long and hot and strange. Africa. Latin America. Asia. Places where the bugs bite and the Wi-Fi is a theory. It is not for tourists. It is for travellers. Wildlife photography is not about the shutter. It is about standing still. About silence. About watching and hoping and not hoping too much. Sometimes you get the shot. Sometimes you do not. You may not come back with the perfect photo. But you will come back changed.
