I'm an elementary school teacher who noticed a strong lack of child friendly readings and curriculum in math, science, and social studies. Essentially, many of the skills needed for success in the contemporary era are not assessed by the standardized testing systems by which schools are judged. Thus, they are often overlooked or not taught at all. Hence, to fill this void I'm attempting to suppplement some of the subject areas that are lacking.
