Born in Mozambique, Carlos Jardino was raised in South Africa where he studied and qualified as a Mechanical Engineer. Hired on by a large multi-national Swiss company specializing in electrical infrastructure, Carlos was trained up as a trouble-shooter to oversee and streamline the company’s numerous factory operations. While his knowledge of mechanical engineering was extremely beneficial, what really inspired Carlos was restructuring multi-million dollar factories. He became highly skilled in time management and planning, two of the most critical factors in any business. Utilizing the extensive knowledge and skill set gained from this experience, Carlos set out to redefine and restructure the business of custom home building. What would normally take the average builder nine to eighteen months to complete, Carlos has compressed into a meticulously planned out, ninety working day process.
