Unfortunately this book is not about magic or the golden methodology to succeed in every change journey. There is no golden method of implementing any strategy, plan, change or activity and always succeed.

This book provides practical guidance and tips to realize benefits and implement change into an organization. The book is kept thin on purpose to make sure the book will be read by change managers on all levels.
