Aurtistic Zine is a DSTL Arts publication focused on acceptance and showcasing the diverse talents of autistic individuals as well as their family members. With this zine we hope to provide a platform that highlights the strengths of the autism community. We want to show the individual as a whole person and not just a missing piece to a puzzle.

For the second issue, our theme was "Perception," and we asked contributors to represent, in an artistic way, the perception they have of themselves as Autistics. What does it mean to have Autism and be aware of the often stigmatized image of being on the Spectrum. The results were a collection of empowered works showing that Autism is only a mere aspect of how an individual is, how the artists contained in these pages really are.
