This collection of photographs occurred by accident, as an afterthought, in that no planning took place until well after I had started walking regularly and often along South Beach, Blyth, Northumberland and realised that many of the images I had captured included the lighthouse at the end of the North Pier of the harbour mouth.
The collection spans twelve months and I used at least three different cameras - DSLR, compact and iPhone.
