A pictorial biography of Floyd "Speed" Nolta - an aviation pioneer. He formed the Willows Flying Service in the mid-1920s and invented the process of sowing rice by airplane. Later, with his brothers Dale and Vance, he developed the first aerial firefighting tanker operation.
