À propos du livre
Stone Magazine is a new publication designed to engage you with male nudes in a way that you probably haven’t before.
You’ll be taken on a journey, a visual story of the man featured and experience almost firsthand an insight into his likes, interests and his daily life, showing you that at the end of the day he is are no different to your or I; maybe just a bit more courageous.
As a result of bringing you real down to earth guys, the production of this magazine is such that it is entirely collaborative whereby all net sale proceeds are split equally between the model and the photographer. Accordingly, everyone involved has a vested interest in the outcome and the model is not just seen or treated as a gun for hire as is often the case.

À propos du créateur
Raphe Stone
Gold Coast, Qld , Australia
Raphe Stone has been photographing male subjects for some eight years now, his goal each time is to draw out the real essence of the model; in other words to find what lies behind those eyes. Whilst nudity is not always required of models, as some models are just not comfortable with this, being photographed in this way helps to extract the real man as it not only strips back the outer clothing, it tears away the outer persona to reveal who lies beneath. As many models have said, “When you are naked, there is no where to go and nothing to hide behind”.
