Ethereal Patter is published by members of Pelham High School's Creative Writing Club annually in the spring. The advisors welcome original submissions of writing and art in all forms that can be represented on the flat page. We publish pieces based on their literary and artistic merit. Therefore, this edition may contain works that could be interpreted as having explicit, questionable, or offensive content. Discretion while reading is advised.

The title Ethereal Patter was generated by Pelham High School Creative Writing Club members at the inception of this publication many years ago. The term Ethereal Patter represents the unpredictable nature, the uncommon beauty, and the quiet urgency to tell a story or to simply be heard.
It was the hope of the Creative Writing Club then, and it remains our mission today, to simply share this beautiful work with you.
