"The Pocket Projects" are a concept Payne came up with back in 2013. The idea was that he would take at least one photo every day using his iPhone 5. These photos would then be curated and presented in a series of volumes. Payne shot photos for the project for years but never followed up on the curation and subsequent presentation. Until now. This photo book is volume one of "The Pocket Projects" featuring the images from the very beginning all the way back in 2013. Payne was only a junior in high school.
