The Ashley Centre Recipe for Success cook book has been created with recipes submitted by local residents, all recipes were checked and approved by Celebrity Chef Tony Tobin.
A percentage from the sale of each book will be donated to The Sunnybank Trust and to The Epsom Branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind.
