I talk to myself a lot, I have out-loud conversations and I never fail to get caught doing it. Yet, it’s that voice inside my head that is always going a hundred miles per hour, thinking about a million different things at once, and trying to find the words to describe it all. I’m not sure how it is for other people, but for my case there seems to be two thought streams that are running constantly in my head. It’s relentless, in fact, it won’t shut up. I can see what my right brain is trying tell me while I can hear the thoughts of my left brain. Nevertheless, there is usually balance between them. This book should not be taken as a self-help nor a book on how to be happy. It’s about my inner monologue that is usually intellectual and creative, while other times complete garbage. I created this for a self analysis to put into words what others can’t. So, when the day is at it’s peak and my inner voice is kicking and screaming, here’s what I think.
