After successful careers in Social Work and Interior Design, Frances Elson discovered the world of Fused Glass, and, at age sixty-one, she immersed herself in that world. In her studio in Somis, California, Frances creates her multi-layered fused landscapes, portraits, sculpture, tableware and home decor objects in a constant flurry of activity, accepting new challenges and exploring new techniques.
