À propos du créateur
The Bedford Elementary Series is a unique series of health related Children's Books that deal with the social implications of very serious and common health conditions found in schools today. Topics include asthma, peanut allergy, venom allergy and ADHD/ADD. The target age is 4-8 years old. The goal of the series is to raise awareness and educate children on current health issues without sacrificing a good read. In addition, to ensure those impacted understand they are not alone and there are positive outcomes with support from others. The series of 4 books is an excellent tool for parents, educators and healthcare providers to ensure heightened awareness and provide a means to begin a dialogue to help those with the condition, and those who support and surround them. Check with your school library to ensure they carry it, or recommend it to your MD. The books are available in hard copy or as an EBook.
