Paul is a professional Toronto born artist. After studying Architectural Technology at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and working in the field of construction for 25 years; Paul turned his attention to his first love, painting and photographing Canada’s wilderness areas. In 1966 Paul’s father, Joachim R.C.A.,O.S.A.,C.S.P.W.C., invited him to start painting on fall sketching trips with Paul’s brother, Edmond, A.J.Casson, Alan Collier, Anthony Law and Bruno Cavallo. These excursions and other wilderness expeditions were instrumental in Paul’s style development into an impressionist interpretation accentuating colour and drama. A participant in many exhibitions and Fine Art Galleries throughout Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Paul has more than 1000 images in private, corporate and government collections throughout Canada, United States and other countries.
