Kristy Z. Beauvais was born a New Orleanian of a dancer Mom and a bodybuilder Dad. It's no surprise she migrated to Los Angeles, the health and fitness mecca of North America. After a career in the entertainment business, Kristy began to utilize this experience in more rewarding ways, by inspiring people of all ages to move, and make energizing choices. She did just that on The Food Network's "Weighing In" as fitness expert. Since then, she has appeared in numerous health and fitness magazines, and was featured twice in the LA Times Health Section for her creative fitness, family circus fare. Kristy is proud chef , Mom and wife of the Beauvais house and resides in Topanga, Ca.
