Stew is new to the neighbourhood. It's strange place that seems to be populated by pairs of strange kids; the threatening Greasy Brothers, a pair of vampire like kids and a dark and blonde pair of hobbits. Then there are all the new kids at school with weird names like Ronnie Rottenguts, Eggy Dawson and Guts Up Jeff. Can they all survive the attentions of the nastiest teacher in the known universe as he investigates a prank they are involved in?
