Die Fotografien in "Mallorca 2015 - Das Hörbuch" wurde ausschließlich mit der Fujifilm X100T aufgenommen. Das Buch beschreibt die Wanderung durch Mallorcas wunderschöne Sierra de Tramuntana im Mai 2015, angefangen in Valldemossa, über Deia, Port de Soller, Cuber, Lluc bis nach Sa Calobra durch die berüchtigte Torrent de Parreis. Eines der Highlights dieses Jahr war das Fest Es Firo das wir hautnah miterleben konnten.


The photographs in "Majorca 2015 - The Audio Book" have been captured entirely with the Fujifilm X100T. The book pictures a hiking trip through Majorca's beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in May 2015. The journey starts in Valldemossa, leads over Deia, Port de Soller, Cuber and Lluc down to Sa Calobra bay through the Torrent de Parreis. One highlight of this year's trip was to witness the festival Es Firo in Port de Soller.

Markus grew up in former Eastern Germany. He was introduced to visual arts and illustrations at an early age. He started making pencil and watercolour drawings, developed an appreciation for light and composition, and used imagery as a way to express himself. With the arrival of his first camera he adapted his creative skills to the art of photography. What started as a childhood hobby has turned into a lasting and ongoing dialogue between the artist behind the lens and the world around him. After college Markus moved to Ireland. Inspired by the beauty of the west coast he set up his permanent home in Kinvara. Markus has turned his passion into a full-time career and now works as a Portrait & Wedding Photographer in Ireland and abroad.
