This is a book of photographs I have taken in my backyard of some of the small birds that visit my backyard. Some of the birds are attracted naturally to the many trees, shrubs, and under brush throughout my yard, and others are attracted by setting up feeders, a bird bath, and natural looking perches, in a small area of my backyard. If you enjoy bird watching, I think you will enjoy this book.

I was born and raised in the state of Indiana, where I have lived my entire life. I have always had a great love of the outdoors, and a few years ago developed a love of photography. I now carry a camera with me most of the time, especially when I'm outdoors enjoying nature. At this time, photography is still a hobby as I still hold down a full time job as a meat cutter for a local supermarket, but I look forward to retirement in a few years, when I plan to spend a lot more time behind the lens.
