A holy, spiritual, religious, mythological, historical and sacred place to hindu, jain and also buddhist people in India and around the world for many hundred years now.
For me it was one of the most fascinating places I have been visiting during the last 25 years of travelling.
As a traveler, an observer and a photographer it was such an overwhelming place to be. A distant experience that I hardly can describe with words. Hope my photos will do a better job drawing a picture of this amazing city.
