I trained as a primary school teacher, with a main study in art and crafts. later, after many years of teaching and a family of my own I became interested in Special needs teaching and the use that pictures play in helping children to understand and enjoy stories and develop communication skills. Many many years later found myself sketching some of my grandchildren.At least one book had to follow from these drawings. Much later the total became six, one for each grandchild. I thought that they were nice to share.
