This book was compiled in honor of my grandmother's 90th birthday. With strong Scandinavian roots, she came from Minnesota and raised a family in New England. Through both, she created a well treasured cooking heritage that has been upheld by her five children and fourteen grandchildren. We gathered her most cherished recipes together, and along with some photos of her life, published this book to celebrate her and all that she's passed down to us.
