It has been a labour of love to gather together the fragments of the life of Elizabeth Bibesco. Her only daughter died childless in 2004 so there must be very few remaining on earth who can remember Elizabeth personally. Her writings are being relisted by print-on-demand publishers so there may be a few people out there interested in the literature of the 1920's who may read her books again and wonder about the woman herself.
