The following plan is the result of countless hours of conversations, meetings, and planning sessions. We are incredibly indebted to the residents of Northside who offered their time, wisdom, and energy to this process from the very start. Every opportunity to be involved was taken by the residents and always without complaint. The residents of Northside opened their homes to us, offered extensive information through our survey, and even took on facilitating numerous sessions for this outcome.
