À propos du livre
This book is devoted to stories about the descendants of John and Eliza Taylor. About 185 years ago, these pioneers migrated from North Carolina to Hardin County, Tennessee. By 1840, the Taylors settled in northwestern Alabama in an area that would be known as Winston County. Stories about each of their nine children--Caroline Elizabeth, Patience, Charles Alexander, Mary Mollie, Andrew Jackson, Eliza Jane, Frances Marion, James Knox Polk and William Carroll-- are included. The tales continue with stories about subsequent generations.
