Actor, Singer, Vocal Coach, James Windsor began writing poetry age eleven but seriously when working as an Actor for Avon Touring Company in 1978. By 1980 he had written a monologue for BBC Radio 3 for Beryl Reid. He was the first to read Derek Jarman's diary excerpts at The Metropole Folkestone (2005) Retrospective and that same year performed 'Lest we forget' a one man Derek Jarman show at Glastonbury Poetry and Words on the same bill as Carol Anne Duffy, which included his own poems.
