Mohammed Ali Abdulla Mohammed Al Marzooqi was born in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on December 30 1978. Mohammed is a prominent Arabic surrealist designer best known for the striking and bizarre images in his work. His design skills are often attributed to the influence of Salvador Dali. He utilises an eclectic mix of reality and the surreal in most of his recent works that have gained him both local and international acclaim. He won his first prize for art at school when he was just 14. In 2011, Mohammed was awarded the prestigious Dubai Art Centre Surreal Art Award by Dubai Culture and Arts Authority sponsored by HH Sheikh Majid Bin Mohmmed Al Maktoum. Later in 2011, he participated in Dubai Culture Art Authority outdoor project with the longest panoramic image displayed in Business Bay next to The Burj Khalifa. This was sponsored by Business bay and Dubai Culture and Art Authority.
