An ancient palace, inside it a rich table with tagliatelle with shallots, Chianina beef and roasted potatoes, a cream cake of Romagna and a good glass of wine, Sangiovese ….. of course, a good sangiovese! In a corner there is also a piano, it is playing … it’s not clear what kind of music it is… when you do not understand clearly the sound, then it is Jazz! Wonderful frescoes are all around this music done of improvisations and unlikely musical scales, I look better, I’m in a theater … it is the theater of Ferniani palace! The Neoclassical style of Faenza, jazz and the homemade cooking are the Zingarò formula. We have been together for 17 years … Gigi
