Gallatin, Tennessee resident David Miles Vaughn when he was young, remembers his Grandmother always told him he was related to the Crockett’s.. In 2008 David's cousin told him he was a Direct Descendant of Revolutionary War Patriot William Kelton. In 2009 David became a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and since then David has discovered more than 1100 Ancestors and relatives and new one's from across the United States. David is also a member of the General Society of the War of 1812 and The Sons of the Confederate Veterans. David has discovered his connection to Davy Crockett, Meriwether Lewis, President George Washington and Confederate General Robert E. Lee. David is still discovering new family connections as of today. David also got to participate in September of 2013 on a new show on PBS called "Genealogy Roadshow".
