À propos du livre
It can’t be denied that with every experience in life, we learn.
We learn to love. We learn to bond. We learn to take risks.
We learn to grow.
This is exactly what I took from an 11-day journey to South America, where I hiked at 13,600 feet altitude around the base of a volcano, ate my first coca leaf, was introduced to Pilsner beer and a fresh Pisco Sour, swam with sea lions, photographed white-tipped sharks, pet a 100-year old tortoise, learned the indigenous Quitra language, laughed at a classmate as he was escorted by security for attempting to board the plane with a knife in his backpack, rode a party bus around Riobamba, ate llama with a side of cow skin soup, and loved every single second of it all.
Enjoy my insight to a world you might not otherwise get the chance to experience.
The nature, people, and animals will leave you awestruck, if only you let them.
