HJ Books stands for Hero's Journey Books. We learned about the term Hero's Journey from Christopher Vogler, who used it to synthesize the work of famed mythologist Joseph Campbell. The Hero's Journey is a classic storytelling structure in which a hero sets out on an outward or inward adventure and must overcome several obstacles and setbacks in order to achieve an important objective.
