Kathy Gasper was born in Detroit, Michigan. She has traveled extensively in both the United States and Europe. She and her two sons live in Michigan. Her fascination with people's lives as told through the stories they share, intersected with her desire to travel. Photography is the natural and creative outlet for this intersection, both to share stories and challenge stereo-types. Kathy's desire is that her photos help the viewer to see their world and their own story differently.
