A brief overview of API’s first 25 years, from the days of building and testing the first laser tracker at National Institute of Standards and Technology (then called the National Bureau of Standards) through today. API is now on our fourth generation of the laser tracker, offering a range of accessories, a complete suite of products to calibrate machine tools, as well as a services organization that performs measurement and scanning jobs nationwide.
