My truest calling has always been photography. Born and raised in northern California, I was blessed to be surrounded by nature’s immense beauty. I kindled my love for artistic photography while serving in the military, where I bought my first camera. I have for the past 30 years continued to weave my love of photography in and out of a career in sales. I am a self-taught photographer exploring, defining and redefining my passion for creating art with photography.

Nature’s beauty of flowers and landscapes has captured my sense of wonder and delight. People new to my work often are curious… is it a painting or photography? It is both! My photographs often transcend what the naked eye sees, stimulating viewers to reach “Beyond the Minds Eye”. My work depicts beauty in nature that knows no bounds. What I capture does not represent traditional photography, but may blend watercolor, pastels, chalk or other artistic mediums… gently moving from realism to more abstract and back again. My images are often digitally enhanced in order to offer you my creative perspective of what seems real to the naked eye. My intention is to offer you a felt-sense experience of nature’s beauty as if it surrounds you at this very moment.

I currently live in the beautiful state of Wisconsin with my wife. I live in gratitude daily for the gifts I have been given, the ability to capture nature’s fingerprints and in turn offer them to you. May these images fill your heart with wonder and appreciation for what surrounds us all.
