La Tribu, Remember the tribe is a photo book of 26 paper masks that were created throughout the first year of my recovery from brain injury.

The masks were inspired by the many people who supported, cared for and uplifted me during an incredibly difficult process.



The book is based on the following story: Once upon a time a woman was walking in the woods when suddenly, she saw a box beneath a great tree. What could it contain? She approached, removed the lid and discovered a treasure within. Who had left these masks in such a place? Maybe they were creations of an extinct group...perhaps made by people who survive in secret during this time of fear of everything, including miracles.
