Christine Joubert is a Canadian artist and has always had a passion for the arts. For many years Christine had painted in oils and discovered a new form to express the deep emotions she felt for the historical part of Calgary. She lovingly developed this new art form into 18 paintings.The blended mediums of Acrylic mixed with sandstone from the rubble of Calgary's “ Sandstone City”. This gave her the 3 demential look that stands her out from other historical painters. Since 1968 Christine has been married to her husband Garry. Christine, her husband and two daughters all share a passion for photography, and after working in the food industry for 30 years she had found a way to bring her interest of graphic arts, photography and cooking into a new passion. She had developed 3 cook books on country cooking along with one hard cover of quotes.
