Baby Crow has lost his mother. Baby Squirrel offers to help find her. The two set out across a vivid landscape of collaged sights and sounds. What Baby Squirrel lacks in bird lore, he more than makes up for in enthusiasm, mis-identifying each bird they see and hear. As Baby Crow gently corrects his friend, children are introduced to unique bird calls and distinguishing features of bird anatomy as the two continue on their journey.
