The third in my personal annual photographic look at the railways of East Anglia.

This year I have increased the number of pages to 200 to accomodate a greater geographical and TOC coverage, with for example a brand new chapter on c2c. This has allowed me to also increase the general size of the 350 images and add an introduction.



Most of the major events in 2011 are encapsulated, including the introduction of the new Bombardier class 379 'Electrostars' onto Stansted Express duties, loco-hauled local passenger trains returning to Norfolk branch lines, 'Britannia' back on the GE and also the return of steam to the Southend line, a class 56 on the Harwich branch and much, much more.
