This book includes all the portraits shot for the Mothers and Daughters and the Fathers and Sons projects between 2008 and 2011.

Around sixty additional portraits have been added to the exhibited portraits for a total of almost 230 images.

The full collection includes nearly 600 people, numerous animals and several yet-to-be-born babies.



This collection represents a challenge to myself and to all participants to think differently about portraiture and to explore the potential of photography as a tool for social enquiry and, maybe, as a springboard for personal reflection and development.
