This book is a collection of recipes that I have prepared over the last 4 decades for family dinners and special occasions. They were selected because they are favorites of family and guests, and many are derived from the kitchens of generations past -- mothers, grandmothers, aunts, great aunts as well as friends and cousins of today.

The most fun was retrieving photos taken at these family events, and interspersing them throughout the pages.

My hope is that the recipes will now be passed on from generation to generation. The current volume is the third printing, which includes 10 additional recipes and several new pictures.
