A monographs of portraits, subjects are plants and animals and the images are presented in a way that matches the mood of the subject. It is hoped that these images demonstrate that expressive portraits demonstrating the character of the sitter are possible even when the 'sitter' is as inanimate as a plant! But we leave the viewer to judge whether we have achieved that aim.
