I am a glass artist and designer specialising in contemporary stained glass and unique fused glass panels for both display and use, and larger scale architectural pieces that form an integral part of a building or garden. I am passionate about organic form. Being a naturally stiff material, glass makes me want to reveal soft flowing lines with the design. This has a parallel with how I feel: I know I can not change the world but I can express harmony with a free flowing design. My design ideas are sparked from a deep place within me. I am moved by the highs and lows of human exhilaration and depression. We only live this life once and we have so much emotion to convey between birth and death. Each of my designs, although abstract at first sight, convey a deeper meaning and story to the client.
