The images in this book are presented in memory of people who were so kind and willing to share moments of their life with me during the difficult times in Poland in late 1970's.
In these years before the declaration of martial law I went in search of places and people who lived far away from the last bus stop or train station. I present them here so that the memories may not be totally forgotten.

Proceeds from this book will be donated to support children in foster care in Poland through the "Fundacja Przyjaciółka" - http://www.fundacja.przyjaciolka.pl - who is a founding member of the Coalition for Foster Family Care, and involved in their work since 2004.

Album ten poświęcam pamięci ludzi, którzy byli tak mili dzieląc się ze mną momentami swojego życia w czasie trudnych lat 1970-tych w Polsce.
W ciągu tych lat przed stanem wojennym poszukiwałam miejsc i ludzi żyjących z dala od ostatniego przystanku autobusu i pociągu. Przedstawiam je w tym albumie by pamieć o nich zupełnie nie wygasła.

Dochody z tej książki zostaną przekazane na wsparcie dzieci w rodzinach zastępczych w Polsce poprzez Fundację Przyjaciółka - http://www.fundacja.przyjaciolka.pl -, która jest członkiem założycielem Koalicji na rzecz Rodzinnej Opieki Zastępczej, w której pracach uczestniczy od 2004 roku.
