Rick Eselgroth has lived in the southwest

for over 25 years and has been creating

photographs for just as long. He travels

around the state of Arizona (and

sometimes California) capturing images

of these diverse geographical regions.

“You can move from dry desert to

snow-capped mountain peaks, from the

largest forested area of Ponderosa Pine

in the country to the largest canyon in

the world, the Grand Canyon. And you

thought Arizona was just a desert.”
