À propos du livre
The book is a collection of photographs taken by me in seacoast New Hampshire on September 11, 2010. I was partly inspired by the book The Americans by Robert Frank, as well as positive changes in my personal life.



The photographs were taken with a simple Canon PowerShot camera, and do not pretend to be anything more than a way of capturing my own experience of a single day.



At best I can hope what I have chosen to capture makes sense to someone else, and perhaps even touches them in some way.

I am originally from Northern Ireland, but have lived more than half my life in the U.S. I work in an academic setting. I have come to a point in my life where I would like to devote my personal time to photography. I have much to learn both technically and how best to express myself. Having a service such as Blurb helps to satisfy that need to express myself in a tangible way that is at least satisfying for me and hopefully gives pleasure to others too.
