Tasty Tales is a community cookbook packed full with photos, stories, histories and delicious recipes from around the world, collected from friends, family 
and local people and businesses by young people from Alperton Community School in Brent.



Tasty Tales was a collaboration project working with photographer Lucy Williams and was funded and delivered by A New Direction as part of the 
Creative Partnerships Programme.



The project was supported by writer/ storyteller Pamela Gilmore and Brent Youth Volunteers, with additional funding from the Youth Opportunity Fund.
