À propos du livre
Faith in Full Sight is a photographic journey through the enduring presence of abbeys and cathedrals. Rising from landscapes and city skylines, these remarkable structures stand as monuments to vision, craftsmanship, and the passage of time.
Through carefully observed images, Robbie Clymo captures the textures of ancient stone, the movement of light across weathered walls, and the quiet atmosphere that surrounds these sacred spaces. While rooted in faith and history, these buildings also reveal the remarkable human effort that brought them into existence.
Faith in Full Sight: Stone, Light, and the Architecture of Faith invites the viewer to pause, reflect, and experience the timeless beauty of architecture shaped by belief, artistry, and centuries of enduring presence.

À propos du créateur
Robbie Clymo grew up in Cornwall, where the dramatic coastline and ever-changing light first shaped his appreciation for landscape and atmosphere. At eighteen he left to work in the South East of England, beginning a varied career that included restaurant management and later work within an Immigration Centre. In time he settled in Devon, where he now runs a Bed and Breakfast with his wife, Jane. What began as a personal interest his photography has evovled into a meaningful form of artistic expression, allowing him to observe the world with patience and curiosity. Alongside this, he enjoys observing people through street photography, capturing quiet moments that reveal the character of everyday life. His photographic books form part of an ongoing series of personal projects exploring atmosphere, history, and the subtle beauty found in both landscape and street. He continues to photograph quietly and thoughtfully from his home in Devon, always with a camera close at hand.
