À propos du livre
This photo book documents the people in the Chicago area who protested the policies of the second Trump Administration. It is estimated that between April and October of 2025 as many as 15 million Americans took to the streets across the country to protest policies about tariffs, immigration, the economy and the rule of law. These are photographs of ordinary people doing extraordinary things as they tell the world the American government cannot attack our neighbors even if they don't look like us. Our government cannot denigrate immigrants or women and they cannot murder people in the streets even if they are not U.S. citizens.

À propos du créateur
Mike Voss
Peotone, Illinois, USA
I worked as a photojournalist for almost 50 years. I have been an amateur photographer, a freelance photographer, a staff photographer, an unemployed photographer (more than once), a photo editor, and the Chief Photographer at a daily newspaper. Now I’m a semi-retired photographer, which means I get to photograph whatever I like. I still take select assignments. I sell some stock photos and I shoot books. I live in a big blue house in a small rural community south of Chicago with my wife who has put up with this photographic obsession for more than fifty years.
